Agehasprings & Kenji Tamai composent la musique du film d'animation japonais de Yoshiyuki Momose (le célèbre animateur du "Voyage de Chihiro") sur un garçon, Rudger, que personne ne peut voir, car créé par l'imagination de la petite Amanda. Évoquant à la fois les films d'animation Pixar ("Toy Story" et "Vice Versa") et Ghibli, la bande son oscille entre l'univers de Joe Hisaishi (orchestre mélodique langoureux, piano solo enfantin) et l'americana blues (une guitare à la Randy Newman, avec banjo). Le trait se fait intime, explorant la solitude de l'enfance et le deuil, tout en célébrant la créativité ; la musique orchestrale met en lumière un violoncelle pour représenter les tourments et la confusion intérieure.
